Why Digital Products Are Non-Refundable
Physical products can be returned and recovered. However, once code is downloaded, the file permanently exists on your device and cannot be retrieved technically. This is standard industry practice for all downloadable software, courses, fonts, and plugins.
Exceptions (We’ll Review Case by Case)
For the following issues, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, including your order number, platform version, and error screenshots:
- File cannot be downloaded (broken download link, corrupted file)
- Function clearly doesn’t match the product description (e.g., described as a MultiCharts indicator but is actually an MT4 file)
- Duplicate order (same product paid for twice within 24 hours)
Please note: Subjective usage results such as “the indicator didn’t meet my expectations,” “it performed poorly in my strategy,” or “I no longer need it” are not valid reasons for a refund. All product pages provide detailed feature descriptions, supported platforms, and applicable markets—please read carefully before purchasing.

About Stripe Processing Fees
We use Stripe to process payments. Per Stripe’s international standards, when a refund occurs, we absorb the original transaction fee, so you receive a 100% full refund. The refund will appear on your original credit/debit card within 5-10 business days.
