1. Products
We sell digital trading indicators, systems, and research for MultiCharts, NinjaTrader, and MT4 platforms. All products are digital downloads delivered electronically after payment confirmation.
2. Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in the product currency shown at checkout. Payment is processed at order placement. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice; orders already placed are honoured at the original price.
3. Delivery
Digital products are delivered via download link in the order confirmation email. Links remain valid for 30 days from purchase. If you cannot access your download, contact [email protected] within 30 days for a replacement link.
4. Licence
Each purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable licence to install and use the product on platforms you control. Redistribution, resale, sub-licensing, or sharing of source code or compiled indicators is strictly prohibited.
5. No trading advice
Our products are analytical tools. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Trading carries substantial risk of loss. Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.
6. Intellectual property
All content (products, code, articles, designs) is the property of Multicharts Package and protected by copyright. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the price you paid for the affected product.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Disputes will be resolved in Taiwanese courts.
